RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Australian Workplace


1. Overview

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all products and services provided by Australian Workplace, including the Defensible Decisions™ (D2) Framework.

By purchasing from Australian Workplace, you agree to this policy.


2. Digital Products (D2 Framework)

All D2 Framework products are supplied as digital downloads.

Due to the nature of digital products:

All sales are final. No refunds are provided once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

This includes:

  • D2 Framework – Core Workbook
  • D2 Framework – Professional Pack

3. Exceptions (Australian Consumer Law)

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

A refund or replacement may be provided where required by law, including where a product:

  • is not as described
  • contains a major defect
  • is not fit for its intended purpose

4. Duplicate Purchases

If you have accidentally purchased the same product more than once:

  • contact Australian Workplace within 7 days of purchase
  • provide proof of duplicate transaction

A refund may be issued at our discretion.


5. Technical Issues

If you experience issues accessing your product:

  • contact us promptly
  • we will provide assistance or a replacement file

Refunds will not be provided where access can be reasonably restored.


6. Advisory Services

For D2 Decision Advisory services:

Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session

Refunds

  • Refunds are not provided for:
    • change of mind
    • failure to attend scheduled sessions

Rescheduling

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable notice

7. Change of Mind

Refunds are not provided for:

  • change of mind
  • incorrect purchase
  • lack of use

This is consistent with digital product supply.


8. Chargebacks and Disputes

Where a chargeback is initiated without prior contact:

  • access to products may be revoked
  • further services may be declined

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve issues.
