All D2 Framework products are delivered electronically.

This includes:

  • D2 Framework – Core Workbook
  • D2 Framework – Professional Pack

Delivery Method

Upon successful payment:

  • a download link will be provided on-screen and/or via email
  • access is typically available immediately

Delivery Timeframe

  • Delivery is instant or near-instant following payment confirmation
  • in some cases, delivery may take several minutes depending on system processing

Access Responsibility

Once delivered:

  • you are responsible for downloading and securely storing your files
  • Australian Workplace is not responsible for loss of files after download

Technical Issues

If you do not receive your download:

  • check your email (including spam/junk folders)
  • contact us for assistance

We will reissue access where required.


3. Advisory Services

D2 Decision Advisory services are not delivered as digital files.

Australian Workplace does not supply physical products.

Australian Workplace is not responsible for:

  • incorrect email addresses provided at checkout
  • delivery failures due to incorrect information

However, we will take reasonable steps to assist where possible.
